You'll find us easily near Bayfront Park with FREE Validated parking waiting for you. Our team will greet you warmly and get you settled with a complimentary beverage. If you're feeling anxious, let us know—we have cozy blankets, Netflix, and calming music to help you relax.

Your visit starts with a conversation, not a drill. We'll discuss:

  • Financing options if you need them

What to Bring

Required Items:

  • Photo ID (driver's license or state ID)
  • Current dental insurance card
  • List of current medications (or bring the bottles)
  • Completed new patient forms (we'll email these ahead of time)

  • Recent dental X-rays from your previous dentist
  • HSA/FSA card if you plan to use it
  • A list of any questions or concerns about your teeth

  • Payment today (we'll discuss all costs upfront)
  • Not having recent X-rays (we can take new ones)
